1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged, broken, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order ID.

  • Wrong Product Received: If the product received does not match your order (wrong item, color, or style), notify us within 48 hours.

  • Return Accepted: Only return requests that are approved in advance will be eligible for refund.

 


 

2. Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Earrings (including ear cuffs, studs, hoops, danglers)

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Sale/discounted items (unless defective)

 


 

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at  hellothebrunettegirl@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. If approved, you’ll receive return shipping details or pickup instructions.

  4. Return the product in original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact.

Note: Return shipping charges may apply unless the fault is on our end.

 


 

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer (we will request details by email).

 


 

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  • Recheck your bank or payment account

  • Contact your payment provider (sometimes processing takes time)
